Tenacatita News: The Gates are Still Up

 

Bay of TenacatitaLetra Fria reports that despite the court decision issued 23 days ago, the situation at Tenacatita remains unchanged. Although the court denied Rodenas control of the federal zone, Villalobos’ armed guards still guard the gates that control public access to the beach.

As Carmen Aggi Cabrera reports, locals had been eagerly awaiting the promised April 30 removal of the gates, but so far they have been disappointed.
