    I still use that diagram! The ropes these days just bend the palms a little closer together.

    I never thought of a hammock as a fashion statement before. The only socks I’ve worn while hammock lounging have been thick enough to try to discourage the mosquitoes from biting my ankles. Guess I need to rethink my beach wardrobe 😉
